Our movement classes celebrate the many wonderful ways in which we can move through the world by supporting each child as they explore and play. This is a space where little ones can enjoy their bodies and all they can do, set new goals and meet them, and develop an appreciation and awareness of themselves and their environment in a community of peers. This Spring we are welcoming small groups of kids back to Hootenanny where we will wiggle and giggle again! *Hoot is now equipped with a Hepa Filter and the door will remain open with a safety gate. All kids must be able to wear masks.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
HeartMind Kids Yoga with Shenaaz
Ages 4-7 (limited to six families)

Join us to connect as we create community and practice yoga together in person!
We’ll bring our stories, our moves and create new ones together! A unique mix of games, books, breath work and mindfulness – students will practice the art of FLYING on the mat, going UPSIDE DOWN and even sideways to build strength and inner focus. We'll ease into Savasana, to rest minds and bodies. All while teaching little ones, essential skills in learning how to calm the mind and harness their energy to find stillness within.
Movement Playgroup with Kira
Ages potty-trained - age 5 (limited to 5 children)
Family $450, Sibling $350
Wednesdays, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Movement Playgroup will meet in person at Hootenanny with a maximum of 5 children. Kids will spend an hour and a half doing fun and engaging yoga and movement exercises, dancing their hearts out with lots of crazy dancing, and getting lots of time for creative physical play with the Hootenanny foam blocks and lightweight rubber balls.
This will be a drop-off group for children; for everyone’s safety adults will drop off and pick up kids at the door! Please make sure your child is potty trained, able to wear a mask, and comfortable being apart from you for a period of time. Though we will not expect the children to socially distance, we will observe frequent hand washing.
*Hoot is equipped with a Hepa filter and the door will remain open, blocked off of course with a safety gate.
